Full payment must be received prior to the start of the term, or students will not be permitted to participate, and their placement will be withdrawn. Early bird discounts are offered from the opening of registrations until 11.59 pm before the first day of the term. Once the school term has commenced, any registrations made after that time will incur a $10.00 late fee.

On the Line Tennis Manager Portal

Customers sign into their online profile (new customers will need to create a profile) in the On the Line Tennis Manager Portal.

Use the Junior Tennis Manager portal to manage all Junior enrolments including term registrations and holiday camp registrations, and to pay outstanding fees.

Use the Adult Tennis Manager portal to manage all Adult enrolments, make bookings and buy credits for Cardio Tennis and Adult Techniques. Credits cannot be used in conjunction with Hot Shot lessons.

Signing up on a Portal will require contact information such as name, email, postal address, and may require credit card details. Please note that credit card details are passed through the portal into a secure site - STRIPE or PAYPAL - and are not held by On the Line Tennis.

Adult Tennis Bookings

Bookings for Cardio Tennis and Adult Technique can be made through the Adult Tennis Manager Portal. Customers are encouraged to book preferred classes as soon as possible to secure a place. Class sizes are limited, and availability comes in the form of ‘first in, first served’. If a preferred class is unavailable, contact On the Line Tennis for possible alternate solutions.

Bookings may be cancelled through the Adult Tennis Manager Portal with no charge up to 9:00 pm on the previous day (morning classes) or 12:00 pm on the day (evening classes). Late cancellations and/or non-attendance will result in the forfeit of ‘one credit’. All credits for classes cancelled by On the Line Tennis, due to weather or other circumstances, will be refunded.
