Blue Stage Hot Shots
Introduces children to tennis through games and fun activities.

Red Stage Hot Shots
Uses our dedicated official Hot Shots courts (which are smaller in size), lower nets and low compression balls to make tennis easier.

Orange Stage Hot Shots
After mastering the Red Ball, children continue to develop their tennis skills on slightly larger courts using Orange Balls which bounce a little higher.

Green Stage Hot Shots
Develops skills on a full-sized tennis court, but uses green balls which have 75% compression of a regular yellow tennis ball.

Home School Hot Shots
Developing skills for children of all abilities, giving them the opportunity to play tennis in a fun social environment. Designed to integrate tennis into a home school’s physical education program.

Tennis 4 Teens
Tennis 4 Teens is a fun, pressure-free, non-competitive social tennis environment for all teenagers, boys and girls, who are looking to get into tennis for the first time or teens who just enjoy being on the tennis court. Tennis 4 Teens uses full compression yellow tennis balls, with a focus on building friendship, and developing on- and off-court tennis skills.

Junior Girls Squad
The Junior Girls Squad is specially tailored for girls with an interest in proving their skills, as well as themselves, in a low-pressure competitive way. A two hour lesson focused on a team base approach to learning and competing.

Hot Shots Squads
Hot Shots Squads encourage the players we believe have a high level of ability to train in a high-performance environment. Different to normal Hot Shots lessons, Hot Shots Squads include more advanced tactical and technical aspects of tennis, as well as physical and mental training to prepare players for competition.

Pro Squads
Pro Squads are the next step from the Hot Shots squads, for those considering competition tennis.
