I am Owen Peemoeller, the Head Coach and founder of On the Line Tennis (2012 - present). With a lifelong passion for the sport, I’ve had the privilege of growing up at the Melba Tennis Club, which remains a significant part of my life and has become my second home. Throughout my tennis journey, I have accumulated over 25 years of coaching experience, working with players across various age groups and skill levels. My approach combines technical skill development with mental toughness training to help players achieve their goals, focusing on both tennis skills and personal growth.

My playing background in tennis includes representing the Melba Tennis Club in Division 1 Junior and Men’s Pennant competitions. I won both the Junior and Men’s Club Championships. In 2000, I competed on the Satellite Circuit and in 2004, the Futures Tour, gaining valuable experience and insight into high-performance tennis.

As a coach, I’ve invested in ongoing professional development, completing the Junior Development Coaching Course with Tennis Coaches Australia (2006) and the Level 2 Club Professional Coaching Course with Tennis Australia (2009). These qualifications, combined with my extensive experience, enable me to provide expert guidance and support to my players.

I’ve been recognized for my coaching excellence through several prestigious Tennis ACT Awards:
